The initiative covers all home league fixtures at Teesdale Park for both Thornaby FC men's and women's sides.
With over 10,000 households and approximately 24,000 people eligible within the boundary, the scheme marks the largest single community initiative in the football club's history.
Thornaby FC's Chief Operating Officer Ryan McKnight, who has been developing the concept for over ten years, described the announcement as a milestone for the town.
He said: "I first had this idea over a decade ago, and to announce this today is unbelievable.
"There are many fantastic organisations in every town and city, but there's nothing quite like the local football club to pull a place together, for families to spend time together, and to get behind your team with your mates."
Ryan is urging locals to take full advantage of the offer to help elevate the club and the surrounding community.
He said, "We need the people of Thornaby to make this a success. This is the opportunity to make this football club skyrocket and also to continue the promotion of the town.
“This is about supporting where you're from - local players, local sponsors - where you being there makes a material difference to the lifeblood of the club.
“I want other clubs and places to see our attendances at both men's and women's games and think, ‘Wow, something special is happening there.’"
Eligible residents must act quickly to secure their funded season tickets before the summer deadline of July 31.
To qualify, you must reside in a household paying the Thornaby Town Parish Council precept and, importantly, tickets can be claimed for each individual member of that household.
For those living outside the eligible boundary, Thornaby FC will be announcing its paid season ticket and matchday admission prices tomorrow.
Residents should complete the online claim form and then bring proof of their council tax to the club upon collection. Follow Thornaby FC on social media for more details.
