Promoter
This competition is organised and promoted by The Red.
Prize
One winner will receive 10 x 2-hour driving lessons (20 hours in total), supplied by Drive. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
Eligibility
Entrants must be aged 17 or over and legally eligible to take driving lessons in the UK.
Employees of The Red, Drive, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
Entries must be submitted via the official competition entry method advertised by The Red. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided during entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, The Red reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Data Protection
By entering this competition, you agree that The Red may share your name and contact details with Drive solely for the purpose of administering and arranging the prize. Your personal data will otherwise be processed in accordance with The Red's privacy policy.
Publicity
The winner may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity, including interviews, photographs or social media posts relating to the competition.
General
The Red reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Red's decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
